Abstract: | In today’s dynamic world, there has been a lot of numerous challenges that are being faced by the young individuals, upon that there has been a recent observation during my internship has made me realize that young individuals who are from the age between 23- 27 are quitting their job within their first one year or so. This is a significant worrying tend from a human resources perspective and should be studied upon in detail. From the perspective of young individuals, it is a major shift from the campus their college life to a corporate life which demands a lot from the individuals who are heading towards their first step into the corporate world. |
