Abstract: It is important to comprehend the emergence of remote and hybrid work models in the IT business for a number of reasons. Firstly, by drawing in top talent from a larger geographic area, it can assist companies in optimising their talent acquisition efforts. Reaching out to a larger talent pool is one of the biggest benefits of remote and hybrid work methods. Employers were formerly restricted to selecting candidates who lived comfortable from their actual office locations. Geographical limitations, however, no longer apply to remote work.
