Abstract: | In the world of retail, making sure everything runs smoothly is like putting together a big puzzle. One of the most important pieces of this puzzle is managing the supply chain. Think of it like making sure all the right products are in the right stores at the right time. But here’s the thing: it's not always easy. Sometimes, we end up with too much of Inventory for one thing and not enough of another. And when that happens, it can cost a lot of money i.e. shortage cost and make customers unhappy. |
