It focuses on Derivative Action, Class Action and Representative Suit, origin of all the three concepts, how do we get derivative action with the references to the UK law, how did we come to adopt class action and representative suit, case laws which will help to explain the concept of it, what is the locus standi and in what circumstances they can be invoked, extent of remedy and to whom the remedy.
