Abstract

This paper concentrates on the application of The Internet of Things (IoT) which has completely changed how businesses run and has brought about new methods for data collection and analysis. Human Resource (HR) Management is one area where IoT data can be specifically helpful because it can be utilized to guide strategic planning and decision-making. To fully understand the probability of IoT in HR analytics, this paper discusses the advantages of IoT data collection and analysis, the hitches of using IoT data in HR decision-making, and the strategies that businesses may employ to effectively use IoT data to improve their HR practices. © 2023 IEEE.
