dc.description.abstractThis paper concentrates on the application of The Internet of Things (IoT) which has completely changed how businesses run and has brought about new methods for data collection and analysis. Human Resource (HR) Management is one area where IoT data can be specifically helpful because it can be utilized to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
