The term "industrial revolution" refers to the change from old industrial methods to novel ones that were controlled by the technology of the day. Mechanization, electrical power, and automation drove the initial three industrial revolutions, which progressively converted the agricultural economy into one centered on manufacturing. It contributed to improving the standard of existence for industry employees and the medical sector as a whole. The results indicate a significant rise in manufacturing effectiveness of 1.52%, which can be ascribed to 36.2°C rising temperatures and 44.8% humidity reductions after adoption. A 0.76% rise in quality levels (93.1) for quality management was attributed to a reduction in faults discovered (2). Service procedures worked better, with 2.3 fewer hours of service and 52 mins of downtime. These findings demonstrate the practical benefits of combining IoT and AI in next generation manufacturing, positioning it at the forefront of the transformative environment of Industry 5.0 and enhancing output, excellence, and upkeep. © 2024, IGI Global.
