dc.description.abstractFacebook and Google have now stepped into Recruitment Domain with cutting edge technologies to transform the over recruitment process. FB is coming up with an "Apply" Button within the timeline from where anyone can directly apply for a Job. With the acquisition of Linkedin by Microsoft, it is expected more improved features especially in the MS Office Environment. MS Office Bot will also be an effective tool for recruitment by extracting candidate profiles for active job vacancies when the recruiter is not active or is logged out. Microsoft Bot can initiate automated conversation with the candidate to judge whether he/she is interested with the profile. Google have launched Cloud Jobs AP/ in Nov 2016, a Machine Learning Service which significantly transformed the candidates sourcing process.en_US
