dc.description.abstractToday, in fact, we survive in a world of business engineered by two acronyms - VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) and SMAC (Social, Mobile Analytics and Cloud). Employees va,y in terms of culture they follow, attitude they possess and value system they believe in. Business organizations do not essentially manage all the internal and external factors that affect the business. SMAC, which appropriately collaborates the confluence of different technologies is driving the industry and its objectives. In this article, the author has made an endeavour to deliberate the acronyms VUCA and SMAC and elaborate their potential challenges to HR Managers.en_US
