dc.description.abstractMany changes have been seen in past few decades particularly in the textile industries. As we can see Indian government aim to improve the industries particularly where the industry is having labour intensive and tried to improve the socio-economic conditions of the labours and even some of the policy measures were taken up to uplift the small and marginal and even the cottage industries. From 1948 to date many changes has been observed to stream line the textile industries.en_US
