Abstract: The objective of this review is to look into the connection between the two variables among an association's management commitment and its environmental responsibility. The study gathered data from a variety of medium- to large-sized enterprises. The data was collected using a website of various organizations. The pilot test and questionnaire were conducted in personal interviews with some senior managers. The goal is to raise the performance of seven distinct sustainability metrics, organisations employ eight sustainability performance management practises (SPMPs) (SPIs). One or more Sustainability Performance Indicators are connected to each of the eight activities for managing sustainability performance. There is a connection between consumer satisfaction, innovation, and the performance of interactions SPMP, while four other performance indicators are linked to various sustainable performance management practises, according to the study (environment, social and financial performance are intertwined in the value of employees). Overall, the results show a strong link between students' increased focus on their individual SPMPs and higher performance on at least one of the SPIs. In this research, the observed results show SPMPs relate to certain SPIs positively. To promote future research and practical applications, a framework has been developed for identified SPMPs and SPIs to foster organisational sustainability performance. © The Electrochemical Society
