dc.description.abstractSuits in India are generally considered a luxury product but due to change in income levels and concurrent needs, more numbers of customers prefer to buy suits for official, casual and occasional purposes. So, it is important for the retailers to offer an entire gamut of collection. This project undertakes multiple surveys to explore the consumer behavior pattern and their preferences while selecting suits for different purposes. It provides suggestions as per research analysis conducted with the help of various statistical tools. These suggestions, if adopted by marketers could increase their product mix awareness resulting in increased sales.en_US
