Evaluation of trends in accessing information sources and services at B.Ed. Colleges in Mysore City: a survey

Abstract

Education is essential for the growth of a nation marking at all round development of learners. Colleges are the first doorstep towards higher education and libraries are the center of their academic activities. Among various types of colleges, the colleges of education are centers preparing future teachers, likely to impart elementary and secondary education to future generations are the foundation of a nation. This article deals with the information sources and services provided by the B.Ed. colleges in Mysore city. The article discussed the efficiency and satisfactory of the sources and services provided by the libraries to B.Ed. community.
