Provision Relating to Explotation of Human Being and Labour Under the Indian Constitution

Abstract

Over the centuries, mankind has developed its conifer and has become one of nature's sophisticated social beings. To live a dignified life with experiences and understanding, and to serve fellow members of the race, mankind tried to establish some set of obligations and boundaries within its community so that the essence of humanity would provide collectivity rather than indivisibility. These obligations and limitations led to the development of rules, norms, and values, moral and moral phenomena that an organism has to accept and abide by as a member of the same creature. The acceptance of these events by humanity resulted in its appreciation for working for the society and social values as well as the welfare and prosperity of its members, age and gender irrespective of color, region, religion, culture, ethnicity, and language. However, over time, difficulties in accessing limited resources violated these social norms and values. An interest inseparable from the collective interest or the interest of society became a priority. The result of these violations leads to weaknesses, marginalization and prosperity and the good of mankind. The extent of vulnerabilities has reached such a level that a member of this human family has become an exploiter of those who have little access to resources and have no hold over the social structure. Human trafficking in the current century is one of the worst exploitation and exploitation ever done by humans.
