Abstract: Now consumers are more aware than the past thus they are getting a somewhat better deal in all respect. The increasing number of complaints in a consumer courts shows their encouraging attitude towards their rights. Because of the consumer awakening consumer protection has become a focal point for both government as well as businesses.
