Abstract: This paper investigates the impact of foreign aid on income inequality in India by using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) test from 1960-61 to 2009-10. The study uses the major macroeconomic variables such as per-capita Gross National Income (PcGNI), Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Official Development Assistance (ODA), Wholesale Price -Index (WPI), population, Gross National Expenditure (GNEx) and Gini Index (GI) for its empirical analysis.
