Abstract: The plethora regarding child sexual abuse was from the ancient time and even today it has numerous variations, In line one of them is Child-on-Child Sexual Abuse where one adolescent child who just reaches on the stage of puberty has explicitly use another child or adolescent or uses physical force, physical threats, trickery or emotional manipulation to elicit cooperation with other child or adolescent for striking out their sexual desire. One of the greatest public health issues that exist internationally is child sexual abuse (CSA). Since there have been human communities in the globe, the term "abuse" has been in common usage. The Logical Framework Analysis (LFA) was created for this reason in order to design projects in community health settings for the prevention, promotion, and maintenance of the resident's health. After a comprehensive examination of the community, it was discovered that child sexual abuse was a problem that was widespread but unreported. In order to investigate the issues through root cause analysis and identify some of the most pertinent solutions, the LFA technique was applied. Therefore, there is a critical need for awareness regarding child sexual abuse to prevent this problem not only in the country but also at the world level In this paper, researcher have tried to find out all possible reasons, effects, and consequences through legislative measures of COCSA and given some notes regarding how it takes place and suggested how to cope up with such a socio-legal disaster.
