Disparity of Prospect for Indian Women

Abstract

Women face many problems regarding the prospect available in the market, that is, the work that women and men do in different fields. Indian women and through the inequality of opportunity, we want to tell that the opportunity, which is there in India, any kind of opportunity like getting a job, regarding salary and promotion, whatever the way in the workplace in the spirit of work. There is an opportunity in that case the women are facing gender discrimination.
