Abstract

Through the clinical research methodology here I have tried my level best to understand the social panic problem of corruption or unethical problems prevails in the Small and Medium Scale Industries or Traders. The Research has been carried out with the help of MBA fresher who have been instrumental linkage to my research objectives which can not be fulfilled without the response from the industrial and business people of Rajkot. The endeavour to discover answers to intellectual and practical problems through the application of scientific method through convenient sample and tried to know only the causes or reasons why the business or industry people draw towards unethical or corruption practices reluctantly.
