dc.description.abstract | The mutual funds offer a safer, easier and more convenient style of investment but still the Indian investor doesn't like it at all. One of the main reasons behind this lack of interest in mutual funds is the Financial Illiteracy of Mutual Funds among Indian Investors along with Low customer awareness levels. In developed financial markets. Mutual Funds have overtaken hank deposits and total assets of insurance funds. The mutual funds. instead, offer a safe style of investments but still the Indian investor does not welcome it. What the authors propose in this paper is to address the issue at a developed centre like Hyderabad. | - |
