dc.description.abstractIn today's knowledge driven business world, companies are employing varied methods and technologies to facilitate fast and easy flow of information among the stakeholders of their enterprise system. Not very far behind are several government agencies and departments also in the knowledge race. These initiatives are carving a niche for themselves by using many innovative methods. One such government department that is in the process of adopting the ICT for the purpose of e-Governance is Jalgaon's District Collector's Office in the Indian state of Maharashtra.-
