dc.description.abstractAim of this article is to look into the provisions of newly amended Juvenile Justice Act. This Act received president assent on 3 /st December, 2015 and was enacted to consolidate and amend the law relating to the child and provide basic needs through proper care, protection, development, treatment, social re-integration by adopting a child friendly approach with the help of various institutions and bodies under the act.-
