dc.description.abstract“Pandemic” this term furnish the meaning that any outbreak of virus at a particular period in whole world. Other than covid-19, there are a lot pandemic happened but this outbreak demised the increase the rate of economical, sociological, legal, education, financial etc. Not only India but the whole world got stuck due to the pandemic. At the approaching instant the WHO has take the leadership step towards the pandemic. The developing country such as India has put forward the ideology to safeguard the larger interest of public. Various plans, scheme, laws and guidelines have made to strive against novel corona virus. The time of executing the acts there has been some loopholes acquired. The Indian constitution provides the general public to live the life with dignity under article 21. The right to health and medical care also included under the above prescribed provision. The articulate provision has made for betterment of the public of the society. This study has made sociological as well as legal findings towards the pandemic protection. Whether the acts plans and guidelines of government have a focused and fruitful outcome towards that. The researcher also tried to provide clarity on the right to health of Indian constitution vis-à-vis with ongoing pandemic. Though the ministry of health and welfare construct the rules and regulation with respect to the constitution but do they act uphold the respect of other legal provisions. As it has made to protect but does the repercussions give the same overview of the produced regulations. The rights and remedies should be maintained by the court of law. Lastly the acts such as epidemic disaster act, essential commodity act and disaster management act has assembled some new legal provision with respect to the right to health under the Indian constitution. By the analysis, the researcher has provided some suggestions to act against the drawbacks.en_US
