dc.description.abstractThe Purpose of this paper is to identify the best Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) model in terms of cost performance for road projects out of four variants Build-Operate- Transfer (BOT), Build-Own- Operate-Transfer (BOOT) and Design-Build-Finance- Operate-Transfer (DBFOT). The methodology adopted in this paper is an analysis of secondary data on public-private-partnership road projects and testing the hypotheses claim for the difference in cost performance among groups by performing Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) posthoc test.-
