Abstract: This theoretical paper is a synthesis of existing arenas oflndo US trade relations outlining all prospects of economic collaboration. This reading gains relevance in light of contemporary recession and latest achievements to do with materializati on of the Indo US nuclear deal. Overall exchanges indicate a constructive bilateral bond geared at partnership building with stable grounding in growing common issues of economic interest. Knowledge and service based economy of India and its human potential hold ample scope for increased mutual benefits. Government reforms and policies are paving way for sustained developments and a dynamic commercial environment for both nations. The symbiotic busi ness relationship is advancing towards betterment for both nations.
