dc.description.abstract2008 witnessed a reverse phenomenon in the stock markets which had a considerable impact on almost all the sectors of the economy. Today everywhere recession management systems and meltdown coping theories are sought after. Now in the light of all this, education becomes very important. To maintain a balanced growth rate 8-Schools need to deliver processes so as to reduce or altogether remove the gaps. This article is an attempt at looking into the present processes of post graduation education especially with reference to 8-Schools in twin cities i.e., Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Based on the survey conducted some inferences are drawn as to which processes should be corrected, and, how educational institutes can deliver value added courses to the aspiring management students, We give one possible solution to reduce the design delivery gap by developing a service blue print model for B-Schools. This will help better education delivery with a special emphasis on the support process of placements.-
