Organization culture has been defined per se as a common perception held by the organization's members 'a system of shared meaning. A company's organizational culture is closely intertwined with its national culture. The national culture is even more influential than the organizational culture in shaping employee behavior. Post-Globalization a paradigm shift has been observed in the traditional culture and values of India Inc., a possible awakening to the needs and aspirations of the global village. The paper attempts to synthesize the classical notions with the contemporary developments with reference to the emergence of a fusion culture in the Indian business scenario given the backdrop of globalization.-
