dc.description.abstract | Human Resource Development & Industrial Relations plays a key role in the fertiliser industry. Normally, HRD is considered as Training Department but in the Paper we have taken a holistic approach for the success of the organisation. It has also been examined in detail the challenges faced by fertiliser industry and the role of HR in its sustainable development. The Paper also examines the social, environmental and economic aspects for sustainable Development of fature generation. The CEO also has a vital role to play with respect to HR Policy, Planning, Designing, Implementation etc. for development of inclusive and diverse workforce. It is a fact that policies, if have to be implemented in their true sense, the drive must come from the top Management. It also highlights the role of Industrial Relations in the present scenario. Hence, Human has always been considered as an asset if engaged in befitting manner. | - |
