Title: Creating High Growth Firms
Authors: Jimmy Hill
Pauric Mcgowan
Issue Date: 1999
Publisher: American Marketing Association- Winter Educators Conference
Abstract: This research examines how entrepreneurs maintain the entrepreneurial effort of their enterprises and how maintaining that effort impacts on the entrepreneurial transformation. A marriage of the small firms' growth literature and a single case study/action science methodology allowed for the development of a theoretical model of small firm development and growth.
