Equity Investors Problems Concerned with Companies: A Study of Punjab, India

Abstract

Unpleasant experiences in the stock market have been faced by small and ignorant investors. Therefore the investors should be alert in their dealings in the capital market. Investors should posses proper knowledge and understanding of the various problems that can arise in their dealings and how these can be resolved The study has been to analyse the various problems faced by retail equity investors while dealing in securities market and to check whether there is any significant difference in the opinion equity investors across their demographic regarding the problems faced by them.
