This paper seeks to examine the ethics failures of globalized business operations as a phenomenon and to provide a normative solution using existing business ethics models including the Stakeholder model and Corporate Social Responsibility. Jn doing so, it hopes to assist countries such as India and China, which have experienced a rush of investment by multi-national corporations (MN Cs) and vastfv increased exports, in making sure that globalisation s downside does not have deleterious effects on the culture, people, economy and environment. The election of Donald J. Trump as 45th President of the United States was a great shock to almost all leaders of the largest corporations, who uniformly opposed him. Initially there were dire predictions as to market movement if he was elected and the Dow futures were down significantly on Election Night, yet the next day, the Dow began to rise and recently hit an all-time high of over 19,000. This despite the fact he says he is not a fan of accepted free trade deals that make it easier to off hore jobs and profits, and thereby increase earnings at workers' expense. ln this paper, the phenomenon of globalisation is reexamine in light-
