In the present time, the intellectual property right is emerging as a major discipline of studies and discussion. In the same context, the un-harmunized patent regime can be seen as one of the major challenges. Despite the presence of TRIPS and WTO, the patent law and practices of the patent office is still ve,y dissimilar in a different part of the world.
