It is undertaken to find out the relationship between impacts o f job involvement on organizational effectiveness and to find out what additional features are needed to bring organizational effectiveness. The data is collected from 462 employees using Simple random sampling technique in Chennai, Tiruvallur and Kancheepuram districts.-
