dc.description.abstractThe present study attempted to investigate whether there is any influence o f anxiety, self-esteem, and optimism on academic achievement o f adolescent students. Ex-post facto research design was adopted fo r this study. Two Schools o f Chennai suburban were chosen to collect the data from students studying in 8"', 9'*' and II"' standards. All students who were present on the day when the researchers went fo r data collection were included fo r the present study.-
