Abstract: The pharmaceutical industry is one of the m major industries in India in general and in the state of Andhra Pradesh in particular The scope of the study of HR practices in pharma industry is confined to Natco Pharma units of Andhra Pradesh located at corporate office, Hyderabad, R & D Division, Sanath Nagar, Pharma Division, Kothur, Chemical Division, Mekaguda and parenteral division, Nagarjuna Sagar The present study is to fin d out innovative HR practices of Natco Pharma and has been made an attempt to know the opinions of the employees regarding HR practices. However, there is a need for empirical research that addresses the contributions of HRM to make pharm a unit effective, innovative and proactive.
