dc.description.abstractDespite a significant increase in whistle-blowing practices in work organizations, we know little about what differentiates whistle-blowers from those who observe a wrongdoing but choose not to report it. In order to protect themselves from these kind of frauds, organizations need to promote the culture of whistle blowing and to get the trust, loyalty of their employees, employers hould endeavor to promote a culture of openness and create confidence in the mechanisms they provide for Whistle blowing.-
