As (miRs , miRNAs) are small non-codingRNAs that regulate gene expression. Studies havedemonstrated that miRNAs are not only foundintracellularly, but also detectable outside cells, includingvarious body fluids (i.e. serum, plasma, saliva, urine, milkand tears). Approximately 90% of extracellular miRNAsare packaged with proteins and 10 % are wrapped in smallmembranous particles (i.e. exosomes, micro vesicles andapoptotic bodies) . Numerous studies have indicated thatthe level and composition of these extracellular/ circulating miRNAs correlate well with disea seconditions, including cancer, such as Lung cancer, Breastcancer.-
