Abstract: | Employee welfare denotes the employera effort to make the working place comfortable and an attempt of ensuring the employee against any health hazardous. An exploratory research design was employed to investigate the employersa welfare measures by taking leather products manufacturing enterprises in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Out of a total of 24 leather products producing establishments in Addis Ababa (AACCSA, 2014), six of them were identified on convenience sampling techniques. The respondents were selected by stratified random sampling technique. |
