Abstract

Axis Bank Limited was the first of the new private banks to have begun operations in 1994, after the Government of India allowed new private banks to be established. Organizational climate is the common perception of the employees about the various aspects of the internal working environment. It is basically a stable viewpoint of the employees about the organization's internal working environment. Every organization has its own unique climate or culture.
