Organizational Excellence - a Professionals Perspective

Abstract

The continuous changes in the global markets. increasing regulations, the competitive environment of the present day coupled with technological changes and product variety proliferation have accentuated the role of performance excellence as a strategic and competitive requirement for the organisation across the globe. The most important competitive factor in organisation is creativity and injection of new thoughts and ideas, have become the main key for achieving excellence in organisations. Organisational excellence is a holistic method to improve the performance of the organisation through creating strengthening and dissemination of change in order to improve the effectiveness of organisations. In this article the author attempts to present an overview of organisational excellence.
