Abstract

The purpose o f this paper is to investigate supply chain management practices related to vendor assessment, audit and developing reliable vendor base in the Indian auto industries. This paper describes an exploratory study to examine the interrelated factors to propose a research framework. A comparative study was conducted on two Indian auto organizations.
