dc.description.abstractThe article is a summary of a research been conducted to study the relation between Emotional intelligence and Self- Actualization of various categories of employees i. e. Executives, supervisor, Workers at BHEL, Bhopal. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires among the employees and was analyzed by various statistical methods. The study revealed that there is a positive and moderate relation between Emotional Intelligence and Self Actualization of the various levels of employees.-
