Climate change and global warming is no more considered as an environmental issue rather an issue of global security and human survival and need immediate attention, action and initiatives from all the nations. That's why a strong governing and realistic framework is required to devise the role and responsibilities of each nation and how to share the burden with equity and fairness among them.-
