Abstract: Offering value product/s means more benefits at reduced price that yield less margin. But in the changing market situation it is the irony that business organizations are experiencing ground realities and struggling for survival. Current strategies and business models look fatigued. Therefore, a modified strategy with innovative business model becomes imperative to cater escalating consumer value consciousness within which the firm has to increase its sales.
