Yield response factor of crops is an important item in production functions. For optimize water distribution on field, in first step, the production function of expected products in any region should be obtained acceptably, because in this case, the optimize models are totally dependent on the production function. Thus, finding accurate yield response factor for important production function for reduce of risk-taking is important. So in this study several years' cultivation data of different crops was used. The crops were cultivated in Qazvin Plain during 2001 to 2012. It should be noted that the crops were wheat, barley, alfalfa, rapeseed, sugar beet, tomato, com and fodder maize with an under cultivation area of 58%, 9%, 12%, 5. 17%, 3. 25%, 3. 68%, 0. 96% and 3. 18%, respectively. Thus, it could be argued that they cover 95. 24% cultivation area of the region. On the other side, accurate investigation of crops' behavior during monthly water distribution demanded the estimation of different production functions in order to calibrate the best production function with appropriate factors in accordance with available condition and data. Therefore, the most known functions were calibrated and suitable yield response factor determined for each crop.-
