Abstract: | Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the Mexican economy, mainly in the generation of jobs and their contribution to the gross domestic product. The national development plan 2012-2018 sees them as a strategic lever for national development and the generation of well-being. However. government support has not been sufficient, in part because of the effects of the recent global economic crisis. |
