In the recent times in India, there has been much focus on women development, empowerment and hence is opined that women entrepreneurship and its development is the best technique to achieve. This paper analyses and explores the characteristics of successful entrepreneurs and probes into further whether there is difference in the skills due to type of business and the level of education.-
