Abstract: | Efficient energy use (also called Energy Efficiency), is the ultimate goal of efforts to reduce the amount of energy required to provide services. Electric lighting is a major energy consumer and it has been estimated that electricity for lighting consumes almost 20% of the any organizations power requirement. So, by installing new lighting technologies, organizations can reduce the amount of electri city consumed and energy costs associated with lighting.
