Abstract: Despite availability of many positively contributing factors for the Information Technology business to grow in the State of Gujarat, it has not been as remarkable as in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, etc. Among many other factors affecting this subject, one important aspect is the Information Technology Policy of respective states which has a major role to play in catalyzing or hindering such growth.
