Abstract: Since India is a patriarchal society, women have always thought that men are better than them. We keep hearing about women being raped by men and mistreated by their family members. When she fights back, she is told she did something wrong and thrown in jail, which is against her basic human rights. Many poor women are forced into illegal activities like selling drugs, stealing, and prostitution when all they want is to meet their basic needs. Women's human rights are routinely violated. Of course, atrocities similar to those suffered by men, including political persecution, can also happen to women. In these situations, female victims usually go unrecognized. because the stereotype of the political actor in our society is dominated by men. Women commonly encounter discrimination and abuse based purely on their gender because many incidents of violations of lady human rights have a definite connection to being female. Women may experience sexual assault when their other human rights are infringed, for example, when they are incarcerated for political reasons or belonging to cultural communities that are being persecuted2 . These abuses are those in which gender is a key or linked factor because gender-related abuse is prevalent. The field of human rights now faces the biggest challenge from abuse, which has been the most overlooked issue.
